Chanalai Romantica Resort - Adults Only, Kata Beach

We had a great time of 9 days! A very nice welcome at the reception and restaurant. The room was nice and we had a nice view to the pool and sunset. The breakfast was good and enough variation during our stay. Tasty selection of fresh juices. If something didn’t work in the room it got fixed and the stuff asked if all is fine now. The location of the was close to the beach and not too far from the night market. We got a breakfast basket when we left early.

Great location. 5min from Kata beach. Lots of shops and cafés around. Swimming pool is the highlight. Go for pool access rooms. We spent hours in the pool back and forth between the room and the bar. Great cocktails at the bar, fantastic food including vegetarian! Very reasonable prices. Staff is very helpful. Allowed us late checkout on request. They are willing to help with your tour bookings as well. We got complimentary wine on first day, 2 cocktails daily and hi-tea daily - all complimentary. Our room package was breakfast inclusive. Served from 6:30-11am. Limited veg options but great overall.

The hotel is great. Highly recommended! We enjoyed the suit so much. Everything is clean. We also liked modern design, comfortable bed, big balcony with a lot of space to dry the clothes. Daily cleaning, swift laundry services (for additional cost) As for the pool, there’s enough space to swim, but it’s not deep (1.6 m) and there is a bar at the swimming pool with good cocktails. Сhaise-longues are comfortable. The hotel staff is very nice, always welcoming and ready to help. Internet works perfectly. Breakfast is delicious. Different varieties of dishes everyday. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby the hotel. You can also find various stores where you can buy beach appliances, clothes, food, cosmetics etc. The distance from the hotel to the beach is 5-7 mins. Since the hotel is adults only - it’s a great place to peacefully enjoy the stay.

-staff were great, really helpful and super pleasant. -the room was the best room I’ve stayed in throughout my time travelling Thailand, words won’t do the room any justice but it was incredible. -perfect location to kata beach, which has the most incredible sunset where hundreds of people gather to watch it in the evenings and it has a really cool surfer vibe there.
